Piano Servicing for Ms. Ilze Inapsa, Ex-Professor in Music

I always like to converse with my client for a while before or after piano servicing being performed.

By doing so, I will be able to know more about my clients, their background and their requirements on the instrument.

And sometimes, I am able to find out some of them are unusually talented people.

I met Ms. Ilze Inapsa who is so demanding on the instrument, asking its condition to the finest details.

To my surprise, she was used to be a Professor in Music in a university located in South Korea.

And I find out just before I had to go!

Oh my goodness! Doing my best to service each and every piano I come across is such a right thing to do. Otherwise, it would be embarrassing if my work being rejected by ex-professor.

I could see that I am getting a little bit more than “just pass” as I had satisfied her with my work.
