• 1900 年：Yamaha 創辦人山葉寅楠 (Torakusu Yamaha) 製造了日本第一台直立式鋼琴，1902 年又推出第一台三角鋼琴。

製造過程

為何關閉印尼工廠

• 2025 年 2 月，Yamaha 宣布將 結束在印尼的鋼琴生產（PT. Yamaha Indonesia 與 PT. Yamaha Musical Products Asia 工廠），並清算相關公司。

• 主要原因包括：

• 全球鋼琴需求下降，尤其是中國（全球最大市場）的需求減弱。

• 新冠疫情後，其他地區的市場狀況依然疲弱。

新的生產架構

在印尼工廠於 2025 年 3 月 關閉後，Yamaha 將生產體系重組為 兩大核心據點：

• 日本：

  • 專注於高階三角鋼琴 與 頂級直立鋼琴。

  • 生產基地位於濱松與掛川 (Hamamatsu & Kakegawa)，強調工藝與旗艦型號。

• 中國（杭州）：

  • 生產中階與入門級直立鋼琴，以及部分三角鋼琴。

  • 這座工廠多年來一直是山葉最大的產能基地，如今角色更加重要。

品質與市場影響

• Yamaha 強調，無論在哪裡製造，品質標準一律嚴格一致。

• 日本製 鋼琴代表 Yamaha 最高水準的工藝與音色。

• 中國製 鋼琴則提供更高的可負擔性與普及性，特別適合亞洲市場。

• 透過整合產能，山葉能 降低成本，同時滿足主要市場的需求。

隨著印尼工廠退出，Yamaha 鋼琴的生產現已集中於 日本（高階型號） 與 中國（中階與大眾型號）。這項重組反映了市場現實，也展現了山葉在傳統與全球布局之間的平衡策略。
